About Ben

Ben, a lifelong resident of the Peterborough area, has been selling real estate in this community since 1985. Ben has enjoyed great success throughout the years. In 1991 at Bowes & Cocks, he brokered the largest deal in company history to that date. At Royal LePage he earned the Award of Excellence for achieving production in the top 10 percentile for more than five years in a row. In 2005 he earned Royal LePage’s Director’s Platinum Award, placing him in the top 5 percentile across Canada.

Ben and his wife Lisa raised three kids. He is a Past Director on the Peterborough and Kawartha Association of Realtors and sat on the Board for the Peterborough Northumberland Crime Stoppers. Ben was instrumental in organizing the Annual Scotiabank / Stoneguide Golf Tournament in support of the Alzheimer’s Society for 10 years and raised over $200,000.

Ben has extensive experience in most aspects of real estate including: residential, commercial, recreational, multi-unit dwellings and investment properties
